In the living room, you'll find two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a toaster, to prepare a delicious meal. The flat has two bedrooms. One has a king bed, while another has a bunk bed suitable for children only. All beds are set up with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The 1.5-bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The maximum occupancy is two adults or two adults and two kids. Smoking is forbidden on the premises, and guests will incur a penalty if any evidence is found. Also, this street is pretty quiet overall, so please ensure there is no late-night noise and be mindful of our neighbor below. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
