There are three bedrooms in the upper level. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed while the second bedroom has a twin daybed. The third bedroom has one set queen bunk beds- perfect for kids or adults. The downstairs unit has one large bedroom with a king-sized bed and spacious closet. BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms in this beach house, one full bathroom in the upper level and one full bathroom downstairs. Both bathrooms have basic toiletries and a new set of towels for every guest. KITCHEN & DINING: The upper level unit and downstairs unit have separate fully equipped kitchens with all the appliances and cookware that you may need to prepare food for the group. Both kitchens are equipped with utensils and plenty of cups, mugs and plates. The top unit has a 6-seater dining set and the bottom unit has a small dining area. Swing by some local grocery stores and food stores just 8 to 10 minutes away from the house and store in the refrigerator. We also have a waffle/coffee station perfect for your mornings. You can prepare a simple breakfast and enjoy it out on the outdoor sitting area. LOUNGE: The living area upstairs has new furniture with a Smart TV. So you can sit around and chat with your family and friends about your plans for the day. You can also sit around while watching your favorite TV shows. On the other hand, there is another small sitting area downstairs with chairs for you to sit around. OUTSIDE SPACE: This beach house offers ways for your family and friends to enjoy the outdoors. There are two outdoor sitting areas. One with two chairs and a small table and another with two hammock swings. There is also a grill that you can use for your bbq party. There is an outdoor shower. We have parking space that can fit 4 cars. By agreeing to the stay you also agree to the BUNK BED liability waiver: 1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to my use of the bunk bed/s; 2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees bunk bed/s to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES; 3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the bunk bed/s 4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property; 5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. Guest access You have access to both upper unit and bottom unit. Both have separate keyless entrance. Other things to note KINDLY READ: THIS IS IMPORTANT House Rules. No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. We request a $250 deposit fee which will be refunded to you one week after your stay. We just want to make sure that there were no any kinds of events held in the house during your stay and non-paid guests. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent and your $250 won't be refunded. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by the owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests.
