You are walking distance to the Rodeo Drive of the Desert- El Paseo. You have tons of restaurants, shops, spas, art galleries, and so much just a few blocks away. The Living Zoo is less than a block away. This estate home is a show stopper upon driving up to the property and is meant for those who like luxury and take pride in where they reside/ vacation. The home was tore down to the foundation and completely redesigned and rebuilt. From its' dual Master bedrooms with Ensuite's to its' private loft.  The open floor plan offers lots of areas for conversation and entertaining. The dining room table was custom made from a real tree and offers lots of seating for the family dinners. Enjoy the oversized designer luxury couch while watching your favorite show on the 85" smart TV and the ambiance of the modern electric fireplace. Enjoy making your favorite meal in your made for a CHEF style kitchen. From the high end appliances to the over sized waterfall kitchen island equipped with a prep sink and drawer microwave for easy use. The kitchen cabinets are truly amazing. The refrigerator is equipped with cameras and has an internal water machine and offers the most modern style. Enjoy the coffee station equipped with both a Nespresso machine and Keurig. Don't worry, we'll start you off with a few of our favorite coffee pods and K-cups. The home is breathtaking from all the details. Owner's spared no expense when remodeling with modern art, modern/ nordic furniture, and amazing linens. The minute you step into the home, you have a full view of the pool. A slider will give you that open/outdoor feel. Multiple areas of outdoor space to enjoy star gazing or a morning cup of java. Landscape lighting carefully though out. Privacy all around. "Nordic" offers two master suites one with a with large walk in shower and the other with a tub/ shower combo. One additional large guest room with slider off to the patio, this room is set up as a fully functional Gym with a Peloton Bike, the "Mirror",  free weights, exercise mats, and yoga bar if those who enjoy "Barre" classes. This room will have a twin bed. A surprise, the last guest room is an approximately 400 square foot loft. This room is equipped with a queen size bed, 70" smart TV, a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, and low profile chairs. It offers a place for privacy and peace, or another place to let loose and entertain, OR a great place for the kiddos to enjoy. This room is located above the Garage and has its own staircase in the garage. Laundry room offers a high capacity front load washer & dryer, just more of great touches offered at Escape. The cost is 1/2 a nightly plus fees, taxes and processing.
