Just 1100 m away from the Tossenser beach on the Wadden Sea, you already smell the sea air when leaving the front door and are still not in the center of the tourist hustle and bustle in a quiet 30's zone. The space The apartment "Smutje" is located on the second floor of our vacation home and is therefore suitable for strollers. In addition to the private bathroom, this apartment includes a living room with open kitchen and a large bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, induction hob, and coffee machine. A basic equipment with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and bowls is also available in the kitchen. Also, the most important spices are always at hand. The living room has an electrically extendable sofa and a Smart TV with 101cm diagonal. So nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening. In the bedroom you will find a 1.8m x2m bed and a big closet with enough space for the clothes of their entire stay. We are happy to put up a cot, which allows the accommodation of a child up to 3 years. Also, a height-adjustable high chair will be a must. For an additional price, you are also welcome to use the shared washing machine and dryer. Feel free to book a bed linen package incl. Towels. Guest access Through a private entrance there is access to the living room, the bathroom, the open kitchen the dining area and of course the bedroom. You have all the space all the space for you alone. For an extra charge, we also allow you to access the shared washing machines. Other things to note Tourist tax (guest fee spa administration): In addition to the rental price, there is also the tourist tax. This is 2,90 euro per day per adult per adult from 03/01 to 10/31 for adults, and €1.95 per day per child for children aged 3 to 13. In the period from 01.11 to 31.02, the tourist tax for adults is 1,25 euro per day per adult, and for children aged 3 to 13, €0.85 per day per child. You pay the tourist tax (guest fee spa administration) in the accommodation.
