Each Floor is composed of a Theme.... • 1st Floor: The Theme of the First Floor is "The City" where you can Find Wall Art Decor Composed of Chic Buildings, Artificial Plants & Abstract Art. • 2nd Floor: The entire Second Floor is Themed after Napoleon Bonaparte. Born August 15, 1769, this great Historical Figure played a key role in the French Revolution (1789-1799), served as first consul of France (1799-1804), and was the First Emperor of France (1804-1815). Today Napoleon Bonaparte is widely considered one of the greatest military generals in History. In this Floor, you will find great Napoleon Paintings and Wall Art that I am sure you will appreciate and love. Also, there are 2 Bedrooms (Master and Queen Rooms), and there is also a Red Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Study. • 3rd Floor: The Theme here is "The Cinema Room", which also tuns into a bedroom with another Comfy Sofa Bed. Ambiance Lighting on the Balcony/Terrace are colored Led Lights that make it a very chilled and relaxing atmosphere. Guest access Guest have Access to the Entire House. Other things to note 1. The main entrance door auto-locks Itself after 30 seconds. 2. Outdoor cameras monitor only the exterior and are on and recording during your Stay. There are NO cameras inside the property. *** HOST REQUIREMENTS *** 1. Valid Photo ID (Driver’s License) must be uploaded to the Airbnb message thread. 2. Guest will be required to provide an email to receive and sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement via DocuSign. 3. Phone number must be entered inside the DocuSign form for verification and check-in purposes. 4. All requirements must be completed 48 hours before arrival, or the reservation will be canceled. 5.
