Guests must be at least 25! Cozy Oasis by the Sea is a PRIVATE Guest Studio attached to our Historic cottage. Lantana & Lake Worth beaches are less than 15 min. The space * The Guest Suite is private with its own entrance, attached to the back of our cottage. The Host does live on the property. * Enjoy a luxurious, lavish Guest Suite with a QUEEN 10" plush, fiber-quilted, pillow top bed and a private, ensuite bathroom. * Relax on your private patio with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine under the bistro lights on the patio, right outside the Guest Suite. * Guests are welcome to use our front porch with a view of the sunrise over the intracoastal. It is a favorite spot for our Guests to enjoy their morning coffee or curl up with a good book (we have plenty to choose from) while enjoying the ocean breeze and the palm trees. * Cozy Oasis by the Sea is in the South Palm Park Historic District. You can walk, run or bike along the intracoastal, which is just a 10 to 15 minute walk. Downtown Lake Worth Beach is just a 5-minute drive. * We love coffee as much as our Guests. We provide a selection of premium coffee, including special flavors during the holidays. We also provide a wonderful selection of tea for our Guests, hot chocolate during the winter season, as well as a variety of breakfast items, which may include homemade muffins, pastries or bread from a local bakery, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and snacks. These items vary for each stay. Guest access FREE parking is available directly in front of the cottage. Please park your vehicle facing WEST and be sure that your vehicle is not on the sidewalk. Other things to note * Cozy Oasis by the Sea only accepts NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING Guests that are at least 25 years of age. All Guests must be listed on the reservation. Identity of each Guest will be verified when checking in. Due to severe health reasons, PLEASE do not book this property if you smoke or vape. Please review House Rules for more details. * Cozy Oasis by the Sea is a private Guest Suite attached to the back of the cottage. The Host does live on the property. * Cozy Oasis by the Sea allows older children/teens (ages 10 to 18) when traveling with a parent. This must be approved in advance by the Host. * My young grandchildren visit here occasionally, and you may hear them during your stay. * Visitors are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
