The drive sweeps around this villa so that you can access all areas (except top bedroom) without any steps or stairs. On the ground floor you will find the swimming pool, pool/beach shower, loungers, dining area, bbq and the granny annex/studio with either a double or two single beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom, suitable for adults or teenagers. The main house consists of two bedrooms with ensuites on the first floor as well as a well equipped kitchen, with marble worktops and a huge island that seats 10 people for dinner, entrance hall, living room with a canape that converts into a huge 3 metre bed suitable for 3 or 4 children to snug up in. All rooms have 2.5 metre glass doors with views over the Aegean, a wrap around veranda with a reading area, dining area and drinks area, and a sunset terrace with Jacuzzi . The first floor (only area without disabled access) consists of a private veranda, a bathroom and a king double bedroom. The villa is unique in that it is set in private grounds, unattached to any other villa and not overlooked. The house can accommodate up to 11, or 8 adults and 4 small children. (please request details before booking) There is a travel cot available on request. Maximum 8 adults. Our private breakfast and or dinner chef is available for either some or all of your stay. Please ask for details when booking. Guest access You are free to enjoy this whole house and all its amenities. Help yourself from the fruit trees, the herb garden and the vegetable garden. The BBQ has an electric spit large enough for a lamb roast and there is enough dining and seating areas to accommodate all of your family and friends. The house was designed with wheelchair access in mind and all parts of the house can be reached by wheelchair with the exception of one bedroom/bathroom on the first floor (we are working on that!) Other things to note Sometimes the check out time just doesn't work with your flights and we don't want your stay ruined by having to hang around at the port or airport. Wherever possible we will try to accommodate late check out / early check in. Please ask us after booking. Air conditioning is in all 4 bedrooms.
