Serena Coutry Home is surrounded by greenery and located on a real farm, designed and built personally by the owners to be a welcoming place at any time of the year, where you can experience nature in its purest and most regenerative form. Perfect for a vacation or for work. The space Serena Country Home is a villa built in tuff, a typical building material of this area, Viterbo. The wooden roof that characterizes it and the window frames are "zero kilometers": the wood comes from the chestnut groves of the area and here, in the area, it has been "processed". We are proud to say that our villa is almost totally energy self-sufficient, thanks to the photovoltaic panels integrated on the roof. If you come to visit us in the fall or winter, you can warm up with the cast iron stove-fireplace inside the house (the wood is already here, it's offered by us!) and enjoy a somewhat magical and somewhat romantic atmosphere... Surrounded by a large garden with a separate entrance. Privacy is total and the quiet of the area allows you to spend days in total relaxation... but if you want to work away from the office we have the internet connection included and you can do it in peace from our porch, if you like... Guest access At Serena Coutry Home, a delightful and spacious porch awaits you: facing south-east, you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the best possible exposure (cool in summer and heated by the sun in the colder months), surrounded by nature and the song of birds. You will find an outdoor space dedicated to the barbecue with wood included and accessories for cooking safely. Sun loungers with mattresses to relax and our swing built with recycled materials from our cottage's construction site. You will find an outdoor space dedicated to the washing machine with attached detergent, clothes hanger and a sink for every need. Other things to note We give all our guests the remote control of the gate so that they can move around in total autonomy.
