Welcome to Cowboy Cottages - Cottage B is a ranch style home located towards the back of the 4 acre treed retreat with 2 ponds and lots of parking. The setting has the country feel with the privacy one desires. The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home with large sunroom/dining room, kitchen, living room ( hide a bed) and game room. The back covered patio has a Blackstone grill, firepit and outdoor seating. The home is dog friendly with both front and back yards (no fences yet). The space Enter the property through the beautiful log entrance with elk statues from the main frontage road between Silt and Rifle, Highway 6. The first home is Cottage A (log home) and Cottage B is located at the back. Swimming at the Hot Springs or soaking at Iron Mountain, visiting Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, all within a 30 minutes’ drive. After a day of adventures, get comfy in the living room while you relax by the fire. End the night back out on the patio with an easy cookout on the grill - another day of mountain adventures awaits tomorrow. Harvey Gap is located within a few miles for paddleboarding and fishing. Guest access This retreat has 2 homes, Cottage A (log home) and Cottage B (ranch style home). Each home has there own yard area and parking. The summer months each home can access and use the outdoor bar and volleyball court. The ponds are for looking at only, no access allowed for guests. Other things to note Beautiful country setting 20 miles from downtown Glenwood Springs. Sunlight Ski area and Powder Horn Ski resort are 45 minutes away. Enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing on the Flat Tops located 30 minutes away. Rifle Mountain Park and Rifle Falls are 15 minutes away with rock/ice climbing and ice formations.
