No loud music or disturbances — our neighbors’ peace is important. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors or parties may result in immediate eviction. Security cameras monitor exterior areas for safety and guest count accuracy. Please confirm your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and ask for approval if you expect visitors. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras covering entry areas only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home. These cameras are required to remain on and unobstructed throughout your stay. Disabling, disconnecting, covering, or tampering with any cameras is not permitted, as they are part of our safety and insurance requirements. Failure to comply with this policy may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund, as outlined in our house rules. Parking: The garage is a game room (no parking). You may park 2 cars in the driveway and up to 3 cars on the street (street parking is free). Starter Supplies A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo) is provided to help you get settled. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing and restocking any additional supplies at their own expense. No EV charging available.
