Northwind Cottage #2 - Dogs and families welcome!

Nestled in the cedars, our dog friendly log cottage offers a peaceful retreat, and at the same time, a convenient home base for exploring all that Northern Door County has to offer. We think you’ll love the rustic Northwoods vibe. The cottage is located just a short walk from the waterfront, boat rentals, public beach, and the charming village of Ephraim. Ephraim Coffee Lab, Good Eggs, Fashionable, Anatolia, Pearl Wine Bar & Wilson’s famous ice cream parlor are all within walking distance. The space Northwind Cottage #2 has a fully furnished kitchen, a wood burning fireplace, a dining table for 6, and a living area perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. The cottage also has a charcoal grill, a screened porch, a picnic table and a hammock. The cottage is serviced by cable TV and wireless internet. Northwind Cottage #2 is adjacent to Northwind Cottages #1 and #3. Not only can each cottage be rented out individually, but they are also perfect for larger family gatherings, accommodating up to 18 people total, when renting all three together. Guest access Guests will have access to parking and a small yard as well as the full cottage. Other things to note Take a sunset sail, go for a carriage ride, step into the past on a historical tour, or simply take a leisurely stroll on the back roads. Peninsula State Park is within biking distance. And of course, just a little further afield, opportunities abound for hiking, exploring nature, golfing, boating, checking out the galleries or taking in a show.
