We are about 5 miles to downtown Landrum SC, 25 minutes to Spartanburg SC, 40 minutes to Greenville SC, 45 minutes to Asheville NC, and about 22 minutes to the Tryon Equestrian Center in NC. Inside the unit, downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, Upstairs in the loft are 4 different beds (Queen, Three Singles) &.a common area. The space This unit includes a full kitchenette, dining area, and full bathroom. Upstairs are the beds and a common area. Outside is a private patio with seating and a chiminea and fire pit. The grounds can be explored. Partial Mountain Views in wintertime. Guest access Guests have access to a private patio with seating, chiminea fire pit, and are welcome to tour the gardens, walking trails in the back, and chicken pens. Other things to note Currently this unit does not have tv but is a great place to unplug and unwind. Wifi available per request.
