3 Bed Lake House w/ HOT TUB

3 bedroom (2 king, 1 queen), 2 bath house located on South Center Lake. Soak in the beautiful view from the HOT TUB and private balconies. Enjoy your summer on the lake or cozy up for a night in with the heated floors during the winter months. Snacks and a coffee, fresh ground from our local roaster (Dark or light roast - your choice!) Onsite laundry/gas grill/full kitchen/yard games/paddle boat/canoe Entrance on lower level is wheelchair accessible. The space Lower level has a full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. There is patio door opening out to the wrap around deck overlooking the lake. The upstairs has two bedrooms (both king beds), each with a private balcony! There is also laundry (washer and dryer) and a 3/4 bath with a very large walk-in shower. Kitchen is full of cooking utensils for any chefs out there. Please don't hesitate to inquire about what we have available. Guests are provided an array of snacks, bed side chocolates and a bag of coffee from a local roaster. Outside there is a wraparound deck with a patio table and propane grill. In the summer, firewood/fire starters are provided for the firepit on the lake. (Adirondack chairs around the fire as well) Yard game included are cornhole, croquet and a horseshoe court. A dock is available should you want to bring your own boat. Pontoon rentals are available right down the road about 1/2 mile. For those with infants/young children, we have highchairs (2) and pack-n-plays (2) available for free as well - just let us know when you book. A blowup mattress is available if you have a 7th guest, please let us know if you will need this when you book. Guest access Private house code is provided for contactless access. Other things to note There are 2 exterior cameras located on the property (neither records sound): one on the Northwest corner of the building that provides visibility to the road, driveway and the house entrance. The purpose of this camera is to monitor vehicle traffic due to local ordinances and to ensure the number of guests matchings the bookings. The second camera is located on the Northeast corner and overlooks the easement road to the neighbors. The cameras are NOT in an area that would violate your privacy.
