Summerhill Wanderlust - Studio Condo (Top Floor)!

Centrally located in the heart of Fairfield Bay! Summerhill Wanderlust is a recently renovated corner studio condo ready for you to enjoy after a day of adventures! Decorated & designed with comfort in mind- features KING-sized TEMPURPEDIC brand mattress for well rested sleep, decent kitchen space with full sized stove/ oven to prepare meals & enjoy al fresco dining on the back patio overlooking the woods! Over-sized walk in shower to clean off & feel refreshed for another day's of wanderlust! The space An alternative to a hotel but with the comforts of home and a full kitchen (sans dishwasher). This upstairs studio condo sleeps 2 comfortably in the king sized Tempurpedic Cloud mattress. Note that a studio condo means there are no wall partitions to separate sleeping/ living spaces, just the bathroom - similar to tiny home living! We recently changed out the original old Rheem 'pancake' style HVAC unit that was really loud and can be startling for light sleepers to a Daikin minisplit unit that is quiet and cools more efficiently! We also love that we have a full sized stove and an actual oven to cook meals on! We also recently installed black out curtains and purchased a box fan for circulating air and white noise! Guest access Entire place except Owner's Closet (cabinet under TV) and Housekeeping Closet (on patio). Owner's Closet under TV contains light bulbs, paint supplies, grout, pest control spray, sheets, etc. The cabinet is a little fragile and has been broken into twice previously by look-seers :) It is locked to protect kids/ pets from getting into potentially hazardous materials. Housekeeping Closet on patio contains consumable paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. Other things to note Our linens and towels are white and gray. There are also darker face towels for make up removal in the bathroom. Thank you for your consideration. The modem and router are located on bottom bookcase shelf, please do not unplug to interrupt wifi internet and TV streaming services. There is a bug net screen on the back patio door- it does not 100% keep bugs out. If you choose to leave doors and windows open, please kindly turn off AC to conserve energy and to avoid breakdown of the unit. There is a pool card hanging on the key rack that will get you access to FFB's amenities such as the pools and tennis courts. There is a $50 fee for lost or missing card and call to inquire about hours of operation as they can change seasonally. Note: you will have to drive to these amenities (about 1 mile away); the pool is not located at the condo. The minisplit HVAC system - the remote and wall thermostat may become out of sync depending on wifi. Can use one or other. Text or call me if you are experiencing issues. It is not like a normal HVAC unit and constantly runs. Lost remote for HVAC system is $100 fee.
