Luxury Hideaway at Rockin’ View Ranch

This peaceful escape is a place to bring families together and make memories! Located in Eastern San Diego County, enjoy the space and privacy that comes with country living, while being less than 25 miles from San Diego's famous beaches. The Rockin' View Ranch features a serene mountain view while enjoying the beautiful pool, always-hot jacuzzi & animal encounters with our mini alpaca, mini donkey, baby goats and bunnies. This spacious 4200 sq ft house has room for everyone with lots to do!! The space The Ranch House at Rockin’ View Ranch is a large one-story ranch style house that is full of "Farm Charm". Our peaceful retreat features a mini ranch with a mini barn, complete with a miniature donkey, miniature alpaca, dwarf goats, and lop bunnies. Enjoy simple ranch pleasures like collecting fresh eggs from our chickens for breakfast. The themed bedrooms feature different farm animals and are all beautifully decorated. The Game Room is fully stocked and we also have outdoor yard games such as frizbee golf, ladder toss and a corn hole game available as well. We just added a brand new pickleball court with comfortable chairs and bench seating for spectators to watch! Our large, saltwater pool is solar heated year round, but can also be heated with propane to a toasty 85 degrees upon request for an additional fee. (Fee changes monthly based on base temperature and propane rates, please message for details.) There is SO MUCH to do, you may not want to leave. But if you do decide to venture out, we have many nearby attractions, and are not too far from some landmarks as well: San Diego Beaches: 25 miles San Diego Zoo: 25 miles Sea World: 27 miles Legoland: 33 miles Mexico Border: 26 miles Rosarito, Mexico: 38 miles Disneyland: 90 miles If you are looking for a place that accommodates more than 16, we have another property (the Farmhouse and Bunkhouse) on the same lot that can accommodate another 12 people and can be rented in addition to the Ranch House if available. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, yards, patio and pool area. This is a private rental and these spaces will not be shared, they are reserved for the guests. Other things to note We are located at the end of a short dirt road down the street from a local fire station. Life really IS better at the end of a dirt road!
