(d) Noise Limit. No person at a short-term vacation rental unit (whether inside or outside the unit) shall willfully make any unreasonably loud noise to the extent that it disturbs the peace and quiet of any neighborhood or imposes upon the privacy and rights of others nearby the short-term vacation rental unit. “Unreasonably loud noise” shall be determined by a city official visiting the short-term vacation rental unit and using the standards set forth in LQMC Section 11.08.040. The noise limits in this paragraph are in addition to any other noise requirements set forth in the LQMC, including LQMC Section 3.25.070, Subsection (E), as modified by this. Failure to comply can result in a $750 fine possibly more that guests would be responsible for. We feel it is important to be honest about these rules as we would hate to see anyone's stay ruined by these violations/fines. Home has a 75in TV, pool table, wet bar, putting mat and office desk. Room 1 - Main House Master bedroom w: Tempur-pedic mattress w/ en suite bathroom features a king size bed with a 85in TV, sliding doors to back patio. Room 2 - Main House Bedroom w/ en suite bathroom, features a queen size bed with a 50in TV. Room 3 - Casita Bedroom w/ en suite bathroom, features a king size bed with a 50in TV and kitchenette. Room 4 - Casita Bedroom w/ queen suite with a 32in TV. Office desk in main living area with HP wireless multifunction printer. Pool can be heated on request for an additional fee of $75 per day. Please keep in mind this is a large pool and will require 24 hours to warm up so an advanced notice is helpful. You will have the ability to heat the spa, as well. We do ask that you abide by PGA West HOA rules and guidelines as there will be a copy of these policies left in the home. Be aware no loud noises and music is permitted outside at all. Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. Guest access You will have full access to the entire home during your stay. The Master Bathroom has two closets, and the only restricted access is Her Master Closet. You have full access to His Master Closet. Other things to note The home is located on the signature 12th hole, on the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course. Watch and enjoy the full view, as golfers tee off from the tee box to the 12th hole green.
