Our team is fully committed to offer everything you need to indulge a sumptuous getaway. The space We are located 5 mins drive from the beach and 4 mins to down town. The Penthouse is located on the second floor. Plaza penthouse is designed to be the ultimate relaxation space with plenty of room for everyone in your group and private underground secured parking. The Penthouse is open plan with lots of light. The main living area includes the kitchen, dining/living room with a big island that sits 8, laundry closet with washing machine & dryer, iron, terrace with pool view and 2 bedrooms. First Floor. Bedroom 1. Master: 1 King size bed, full en suite bathroom with rain shower, large closet with plenty of shells and hangers, balcony. Bedroom 2: 2 queen size beds, full en suite bathroom, balcony with beautiful jungle view. (Upstairs, Roof top) Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed with full en suite bathroom, large closet, private entry and access to the roof top and pool. Roof top with dinning table and chairs, lounge area with comfortable sittings, spectacular jungle and pool view, private pool. All our beds have good quality sheets, pillows and blankets. Bath and beach towels and 100% cotton, bed linen are provided for you and there is A/C in all rooms. When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with exclusive membership of MIA and MISTIQ HOTEL beach clubs where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers , parking. Beach club membership is free for the duration of your stay with us. Please just let us know the day beforehand if you would like us to make a reservation for you, to ensure beach beds are available. Kindly note that there is a minimum spent fee (on food and beverages) of 1000 pesos pp at MIA beach club. That fee may be higher in December, January (high season).
