Other things to note The space OUTDOORS The house features a private pool and spa with beautiful palm trees. This vacation home was designed to entertain with its custom gas fire pit, comfortable dining and chaise lounge seating, and a spectacular covered island outdoor BBQ grilling. Guests can relax poolside, sit at the island bar and watch on the patio's 75-inch TV! INDOORS The interior is detailed with a spacious floor plan. The open kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to entertain family and friends. It also includes a cozy breakfast nook where you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee in the morning! Additional amenities also include smart TVs in all guest rooms, WIFI, high-quality linens, bath and pool towels plus shampoo, conditioner, soaps as well as toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponges and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 4 vehicles which includes 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 (Primary): Cal King bed, 65-inch TV, walk in closet, and ceiling fan. This bedroom is attached to a luxurious in suite bathroom with a walk in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2: One full size bed, 55-inch TV, reach-in closet and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: One queen size bed, 55-inch TV, closet and ceiling fan. LOCATION Walking distance to shopping center, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; Highway 10 is 2 minutes away down the street quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations. Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing, sample contract, and contact us with any questions. After your booking is confirmed, please provide us with your email address and cell phone number. 72 hours prior to your check-in date you will receive a message with all pertinent house information. Guests are required to provide acknowledgment and adherence to regulations, as any fines received will be passed onto the guest. Additionally, the Booking Guest will be required to sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of a valid ID at check-in. HOUSE RULES 1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. 2. Respect the house and report all damages 3. No overnight street parking. House can hold up to 4 vehicles. 4. No parties or events allowed 5. No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed on the premises 6. We love our pets and welcome yours (additional fees apply, please ask your host) 7. Must be 25 years old to book Please follow the rules. Guests are responsible for all fines incurred during the reservation. Please inquire about additional fees: 1. Pool and spa heating 2. Pet fees (maximum two pets) 3. Decorations for holidays or special events Please note we provide the basic toiletries for guests to start with (ie. shampoo, conditioner, body wash) Pool heating is offered at $100 per day. Spa heating is offered at $40 per day. If pool heating is paid for, spa heating is automatically included. All added items (Pool heat, SPA heat, Early check-in, pet fees to be sent to the owner 48 hours in advance to allow time) Please notify your property manager in advance that you would like the pool heated. If you will be attending an event (concert, sporting event, etc) and in the event, it is canceled you will not be provided a full refund if it is outside of the time frame outlined in our cancellation policy. Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. The internal camera facing the pool is off and will be covered during your stay (it’s being used, once the property is vacant) On behalf of Opes Realty, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $3,000, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $3,000. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of good 2. Prior damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art or collectibles This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. A stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 3 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. Registration Details 31752
