The home features unique faux finishes, murals, and designed to make you feel like you’re in a bohemian retreat FIRST LEVEL: -The open concept on the first floor is amazing for hosting your group and making a big dinner or hiring a chef. -When entering from the back porch driveway side the kitchen, dining, and living are open concept with a 1/2 bath as well. -The 2 car driveway is next to an area that will feature a fire pit and has a porch. SECOND LEVEL: -The 2nd floor has 3 nice size rooms and 2 full bathrooms- one with a tub, one with a large shower- plenty of room to get ready before heading out for the night. -All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses. -The front bedrooms have views of the water at the inlet. Most houses were built in the last 15-20 years which gives this a beautiful, clean feel. While it is about 5 minutes from the casinos, the proximity to the inlet beach, boardwalk, and bay makes it a local's favorite. Uber’s and lyfts come within 2-5 minutes usually and are fairly inexpensive. HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Paloma Playce", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
