Our Holiday weeks are the week of Christmas, New Years, Mini Lobster Season and Opening of Regular Lobster Season. We also charge an additional 5% tax fee for Monroe County Taxes on all bookings. Many of our guests re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.
