Spacious and tastefully decorated - this ground floor condo is the perfect location for your next Island vacation. Located at the "Inn of the Sea", guests are welcome to use all Resort amenities which include an ocean front pool and hot tub, 100' private dock, private beachfront, tennis courts, barbeque stations and outdoor dining areas, ocean front fire pit and more. The condo is spotless, comfortable and well appointed. This is one choice you will NOT regret! The space The Condo: Full and modern kitchen. Fridge, stove and dishwasher. There are lots of dishes and cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. The tile floor is heated in the kitchen! Beautiful and spacious dining area. Comfortable living space with a pull out sofa bed for extra guests. There are lots of games and books for family night and/or quiet time. There is a large screen smart tv fpr streaming, cable and internet are provided free of charge. Two bedrooms, King bed in each, plus ample drawer and hanging space. One bedroom is on the ground (main) floor and the other is on the 2nd floor and offers an ocean view. There are 2 full bathrooms (one on the main floor and one on the second). Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap are all provided as well as towels for bath and pool. There are 2 ocean facing patio's and one that faces the forest. The main floor patio is partially covered and provides a breathtaking view of the Ocean. There is a patio table and chairs set up for dining el fresco. Stairs take you onto the property where you are seconds away from the many exciting amenities that the Resort has to offer. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the two ocean facing decks. There is one large shared deck that is also available. This faces the parking lot and forest. It is shared with the guests using the condo above. Guests have full access to all resort amenities. However, as these are common spaces the use if First Come First Served. Please do your part to keep these areas clean (take out what you take in) and be kind to others who may be waiting to use amenities. (limit hot tub time for example, or set a timer for your laundry so you don't tie up the machine, limit tennis to one match if others are waiting). Other things to note We are a family resort. We do not cater to partiers and have noise bylaws in place. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of other guests so that everyone can have a great vacation!
