Home gym with a variety of cardio options, pool table, and foosball table are all located on the lower level. Beautiful and clean 8 acre natural spring fed pond great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. This pond that is stocked with walleye, largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, and channel catfish awaits your line. Small fishing boat with trolling motor, anchor, seat cushions, and life jackets is provided. "The Rec" is an additional 3000 square foot building available for rent a few steps away from the main house. This building has plenty of indoor space for nighttime and weather proof activities. Play a round of golf on the new simulator offering almost limitless courses. Basketball court with adjustable rim height to suit all sizes, darts, bags, pinball, arcade games, clubs all provided. A one time fee of $500 covers access for your entire stay. All machines are set to "free play" so there are no additional charges, no coins necessary. Rec can be viewed on arrival and rented at that time, booked now by contacting host, or guests can wait and decide to rent during their stay. Please note that we have security cameras on the exterior of the premises. These cameras cover outbuildings, dock, pool and pool deck, including spa.
