Guest access Our guests have free access to all paradise Palms Resort amenities including the communal pool and children's pool, hot tubs, tiki bar, lake, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, children's play area. Likewise, all our guests have access to all the comforts of the Clubhouse: Cinema room, lobby, gym, sauna, games room, convenience store and souvenirs. All this to a few steps from our beautiful house. Assigned parking is right in front of the house as well as guest parking. The property is perfectly located, it is a gated, secure community, close to stores such as Walmart, Publix, Target, shopping centers, restaurants and shops less than 10 minutes by car. Popular Orlando attractions include Disney's Magic Kingdom, Blizzard Beach water park, Champions Gate Golf Club within walking distances. Other things to note Florida's weather is notoriously warm most of the time, but private pool heating is available for $35/day for stays longer than 4 days. For shorter periods there is a risk that the pool does not heat up to 83 before the end of your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you want to add it or a week in advance before your stay. The house will be found totally clean and will be cleaned only after departure. There will be NO daily cleaning service. If the stay is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend cleaning every two weeks, which we can schedule by adding the cost of $145 for each scheduled cleaning in an additional way. We provide basic cleaning and toiletries for the start of the stay, when exhausted they must be supplied by you. Likewise, coffee capsules, filters, kitchen condiments, sugar are provided in sufficient quantities for the beginning of your stay. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. Once these supplies run out, you need to buy more. Florida has a warm climate that attracts some insects that can be annoying such as ants, lizards among others. The house is treated both externally and inside. It is recommended not to leave food or drinks open on the premises and especially on the pool terrace or in the bathrooms. Leaving doors or windows open increases insect infestation. Ants are the most frequent pest, feeding on sugars, syrups, gelatin, fat, cookies and meats. If you have the necessary care they will not be a major problem.
