Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!! The space 3 bedrooms (king-2nd floor, queen-main floor with twin pull out loveseat, full over full bunk bed w/twin trundle 2nd-floor). 2 full bathrooms. Main floor bathroom has single stall shower and upstairs bath has tub with shower. High ceiling in living area with adjoining dining area with pub height table and kitchen bar area that's open to kitchen. Large deck out the slider in dining area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and mud area. Pets are welcome! Guest access Guests will be able to access whole home besides private closet where supplies are stored.
