Built on four levels, it will seduce you for sure by the absolute calm that prevails there, but also by its "family home" side, whose fireplace, although condemned, is an irresistible invitation to gather around. The space Our accommodation is a typical Parisian townhouse located on a quiet cul-de-sac. At the entrance, after crossing a small private courtyard and flowery on sunny days, you will find yourself in a beautiful double living room, and including a very warm living room area, and a very welcoming library area, especially for reading while enjoying the tranquility of the place. Like the whole house, this first room is a perfect mix between the charm of rustic woodwork and parquet and the modernity of furniture and decorations. On the lower level, in the basement of this living space, is the spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen, which will seduce you with its practicality, the quality of its equipment and its large adjoining dining area. The 1st floor for its part includes two beautiful bedrooms, one of which looks like a suite of a star hotel, and the other ideal for a child or a teenager. These two bedrooms share a very beautiful contemporary bathroom. On the top floor is a huge room divided between a sleeping area of two (2) single beds or a large double bed (at your convenience), and an office area. A shower cubicle and a sink complete this room, which also overlooks a balcony allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and the small vegetation of the surroundings. Guest access The entire house and its facilities will be at your disposal during the rentals, with the exception of some cupboards, cabinets and other personal belongings that Richard, our co-host, will indicate to you on site.
