There is parking for 3 cars, one in front of the other in the driveway. On street parking for 1 car is OK but please be mindful of the neighbors. There is a keypad on the front door, and I change the code between each guest and that information will be sent to you prior to arrival. Other things to note Allergy-Friendly • This home has never housed pets—ideal if you have allergies or sensitivities. House Rules & Extras Max occupancy: 6 overnight guests (including children) per city permit. Primary/booking guest must be 25+ and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. No third-party bookings (no booking on behalf of others). All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. No unregistered overnight guests. No parties/events. No large gatherings.
