The pied-a-terre is a 5 minute ramble from Main Street and all of its offerings. Park when you arrive and you won't need your car again until you depart (drink responsibly). This space is perfect for 2 people looking to enjoy the wine, food, and charm that Murphys offers- all on foot- but also offers a retreat from the noise at the end of the day as it is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Because our street is tranquil, if you are a loud & rowdy explorer (partier) this refuge is not for you. The space This space is on the property where we live. We love our neighbors and neighborhood so we expect you will be a thoughtful visitor. The bed is queen size, with a Casper mattress. There is no kitchen and no way to cook, (there is an electric kettle for tea and a Chemex carafe for coffee) so plan to enjoy the restaurants, coffee shops, and bakery in town while you are here. On busy weekends, we recommend making reservations at local restaurants. Other things to note Our home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be a thoughtful visitor. While an easy walk to Main Street, some of the rural neighborhood charm includes chickens, barking dogs, and the occasional rooster. In short, though you will have your own little sanctuary, you will find yourself right in the middle of our real life. We love our community and strive to be good neighbors.
