Designed as a true living space, it offers comfort, space and privacy in a peaceful setting. The house features four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a queen-size bed of hotel quality (one bedroom can be arranged with twin beds upon request). One of the bedrooms is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. All rooms enjoy a view over the garden and direct access to the outdoor areas, allowing each guest to remain fully independent. The large, bright living area, open to the outdoors, includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The house is tastefully decorated and designed to offer a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the year. It also features central air conditioning/heating and a laundry room with a washing machine. Outdoors, you can enjoy a 1,600 m² landscaped garden, a swimming pool (not heated), a pétanque court, a foosball table, a barbecue, and a large covered terrace furnished with tables, armchairs, shaded areas and an outdoor daybed for relaxing moments.
