Island Oaks is a family-friendly residential water-access neighborhood, that offers a community boat ramp and waterfront gazebo. Island Oaks is located in south Surf City on Topsail Island, the entrance at S. Shore Drive and Sound Drive. The neighborhood features private, quiet streets.
