Villa Bellevue is the place to be. Newly renovated, spacious, located right on the famous sandy beach of San Stefanos, this one of a kind villa can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests in 7 air-conditioned bedrooms and offers the most breathtaking views over the sea as well as the sunset. Villa Bellevue ticks all the boxes: beachfront location, space, privacy, wide panoramic terraces, gardens perfect for outdoor living. And with the crystal clear Ionian Sea at your doorstep, the magic is completed! The space Additionally, being located within the resort of San Stefanos, a car is not necessary as there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets within easy walking distance. Inside, the villa is cleverly divided into 4 self-contained units, each having independent access, yet rented all together as a whole unique, detached villa with 7 bedrooms in total to benefit from the exclusive use of the grounds gardens and terraces. On the ground floor there is a 2-bedroomed apartment (1 double + 1 twin bedrooms, bathroom). On the ground floor there is also an incredibly spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 14 where all our guests can dine together and enjoy the amazing sunsets. A large staircase leads to the upper floor, where 2 identical 2-bedroomed apartments are located as well as a further studio (with double bed, bathroom). Each of the 2 bedroomed apartments features one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a small sitting area and a bathroom. All the rooms have private furnished balconies overlooking the sea and are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). This clever design allows maximum flexibility to our guests, allowing them to spend long hours together yet having the maximum privacy when required or at night. Outside, Villa Bellevue features endless, paved, private sunbathing terraces well furnished with sunbeds as well as shades. The views are to die for as stretch all over the western coast of Corfu and offer the most beautiful sunsets of the island. Chill-out areas by the gardens are available, together with comfortable sunbeds, to enjoy a drink or a chat. At the side of the villa, a shaded dining area is available for the guests. It features a table for 14 guests and a large barbecue. Private parking is available. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, baby cot / highchair (if required), maid service twice a week with change of linen once a week and towels twice a week. ONLY LOCAL STAY TAX (euros 0.5 per person per night IS NOT INCLUDED and is payable locally). A refundable security deposit for damages (in cash) of euros 300 in total will be required locally and refunded at the end of the stay. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
