A truly luxurious and spacious vacation home, with two newly constructed houses and a stunning in-ground pool. The main house is perfect for families or larger groups, with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an open-concept living area. The lower level provides an additional entertainment area, perfect for children or teenagers, while the master suite on the main floor offers a private retreat. The two-tiered deck is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail, with beautiful views Other things to note **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! **Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.** *Pool is available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests will be required to sign a separate addendum to our guest rental agreement pertaining to pool/hot tub usage if using these ammenities.* *For the safety of our guests, cameras have been installed at the main entrance of the home as well as overlooking the pool area* *Before you check out we ask that you please place your pool/hot tub towels in the washer and start a cycle. *No parties permitted* Additional Fees: Early Check-In – $75 (based on availability) Late Check-Out – $75 (based on availability) *Lost and Found – If you left something behind, please contact us.
