Arrival & Entry: Driveway parking is available. A walkway with five steps leads to the front door. Entry is keyless using a door keypad (code sent on the day of arrival). Exterior security cameras monitor exterior entry points only for safety. Main Floor (Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen): Living Room: Comfortable seating for relaxing and gathering. Smart TV available for guests to log into their own streaming accounts. Board games are provided. Extra sleeping options are available if needed, including a deluxe queen mattress (stored) and a twin rollaway bed. This room faces the neighborhood and gets nice morning light. Dining Area: The dining table seats up to 12 guests when the leaf is added. The leaf is stored in the hall closet and can be set up before arrival upon request. Place settings are available for adults and kids. Kitchen: Fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and everything needed to cook during your stay. Includes cookware, bakeware, utensils, crockpot, rice maker, waffle maker, toaster, salad spinner, fondue pot, and more. Dual coffee maker (full pot or single cup) with starter coffee provided. Dishwasher includes starter pods. Kitchen table seats six and can expand if needed. Upper Level (3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms): Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, comfortable bedding, 55-inch Smart TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, and dresser. Overlooks the fenced backyard and treehouse. Bathroom 1 – Primary Ensuite Bathroom: Large 6-foot jetted whirlpool tub with tub/shower combo and adjustable shower head. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer provided. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser, full closet, and Smart TV. Faces the front of the home and is typically quiet. Bedroom 3: Queen bed and closet stocked with a Pack ’n Play, children’s books, and toys. TV/DVD combo available for backup entertainment if internet is unavailable. Views of nearby pine trees and hills. Bathroom 2 – Upper Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and plenty of towels. Ground Level (Family Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Laundry & Game Room): Family Room: Comfortable seating with gas fireplace and French doors leading to the backyard. A cozy space for relaxing in the evenings. Bedroom 4: Queen bed with plush bedding, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and luggage rack. Bathroom 3 – Ground Level Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Laundry Room: Large-capacity washer and dryer available for guest use. Starter laundry supplies provided. Includes utility sink, coat hooks, and basic cleaning supplies. Game Room (Garage Conversion): The garage has been converted into a dedicated game room (no interior parking). Includes ping pong, full-size air hockey, large Connect Four, and cornhole. Portable heaters and fans are available for comfort depending on the season. Garage closet includes board games, puzzles, and some borrowable seasonal gear. Outdoor Space: Backyard: Fully fenced yard with a gas barbecue (one propane tank provided). A wood-burning fire pit is available when local conditions allow. Guests must supply their own firewood. Fire pit use may be restricted during periods of high fire danger. Treehouse: Accessed by a spiral staircase. No electricity or plumbing. Furnished with seating, books, yoga mats, and a telescope. Treehouse use is at guest discretion, and adult supervision is recommended for children. Important Notes: The home is intended for lodging only. Limited commercial use, such as photography or filming, may be approved in advance with prior written permission and additional fees. Guest access Guest will have unique code sent prior to arrival. Code allows for contact free access to entire 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Note: Step free access is gained by FIRST having one step abled person enter home via front door and then opening garage door from inside to allow for step adverse person to enter via garage. There is 1 bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, family room, backyard and garage that do not require steps. Entry via front door does require 5 steps. Ample free parking on driveway allows for 4 cars plus additional RV parking area is on side of driveway. RV parking can be used to park boats or RV's however, there is NO HOOKUPS allowed. Other things to note ~ House is professionally cleaned between every guest. ~ No long chore list ~ You are on vacation and we want you to spend your last morning enjoying it! All we ask is that you double check for your personal belongings, turn off fireplace/AC and lock up. ~ There are exterior cameras at all sides/entrances for security/insurance purposes. There are no cameras located inside of home or any private space. ~ Children are welcomed however house is NOT childproofed. NO outlet covers, gates, bumper guards etc. Guest are encouraged to chaperone children at all times. ~ House is set up to be your home away from home. If something is missing please let us know. ~ While we love pets we are a strict NO PETS ALLOWED home. We are happy to recommend nearby pet accommodations. ~ Third party renting is not permitted, (meaning whomever rents the property must be staying at the property unless specific agreement is made prior to arrival date). ~ This property requires photo ID, a signed rental agreement and a $500.00 security deposit "hold"; collected separately by the property. ~ Early arrival option $50.00, if available with prior approval. ~ Inquire if interested in 30+ day stays. ~Special Note: Our home is intended for lodging, but limited commercial use (such as filming or photography) may be approved in advance.
