The space **Description of the apartment** The apartment is located in an elegant, newly built building, on the fourth floor, served by an elevator. It has a large terrace facing west, perfectly livable even on summer evenings thanks to the mosquito net that guarantees comfort and protection. The living room is furnished with a designer sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed, equipped with a 20 cm high mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, high-quality oven, and dishwasher: each element has been carefully selected by our architect to combine functionality and aesthetics. The bathroom has a spacious shower with an oversized shower head, perfect for relaxing moments. The lighting is adjustable in temperature (warm/cold light) to adapt to every need. A washing machine is also available. The bedroom has been designed down to the smallest detail: it includes a relaxation corner with a designer armchair, an orthopedic bed with an adjustable base according to personal preferences and a super orthopedic mattress of the highest quality. All immersed in an oasis of tranquility just minutes from the center of Milan. The IEO (European Institute of Oncology) is easily accessible on foot, while public transport is just 3 minutes from the entrance gate. The Olympic Village can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes or in 15 minutes by tram. Guest access The apartment is at guests' complete disposal, there are no areas to share. It can be accessed with two comfortable and modern elevators that are also accessible to the disabled. Other things to note Please note that access to the apartment is only allowed to the guests indicated in the reservation. It is strictly forbidden to have unregistered people stay. At check-in, each guest must present a valid government-issued ID in order to register with the relevant authorities, as required by law. This obligation also extends to minors, who must be accompanied by at least one adult who is 18 years of age or older.
