There is an extended fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to prepare those home cooked meals, or why not try a variety of local cuisines? Wander upstairs where you can choose from either a good king size bedroom or single bedroom. The family bathroom can be found on the first floor briefly comprising of a shower cubicle, low level toilet and wash hand basin. Externally the property is situated on the edge of the village, overlooking the river Aire, with private parking available for one car only. Further parking can be found within walking distance in the village. The garden is well stocked with shrubs and perennials, very private. It has seating and table for 4. It is particularly pretty in the spring when the snow drops and cyclamen are flowering. It has a half barrel pond, and a resident frog. One out building that can house two bicycles. You are just a stones throw from the market town of Skipton and on the main route to the Lake District National Park. There are so many local attractions to visit such as Bolton Abbey, Thornton Hall Country Park, Ingleton Waterfalls, Malham Cove and so much more! Within the village you are within walking distance from a restaurant, shops, three pubs, fish and chip shop and the stunning countryside. The Pennine Way runs through the village.
