Conveniently located within walking distance of a local pub, walking paths and a waterfall, with easy access to Snowdonia and Chester for a perfect family or friends' retreat. The space Situated on a hillside with panoramic views, Bryniau is a short walk to the nearest pub and 5-10 minutes drive from the nearest high streets of Dyserth, Rhuddlan & Prestatyn. Enjoy the tranquility of the location while having everyday amenities just a short drive away, ensuring a luxurious and memorable stay. With Scandinavian design and modern amenities, Bryniau will be the perfect spot for your Welsh getaway. Upon entry, a large hallway with original Terrazzo marble flooring welcomes you. The open-plan Kitchen/Diner/Living area offers stunning panoramic views, and a sunroom leads to the wood-fired hot tub and garden. Bryniau accommodates up to 7 guests, featuring a master bedroom with a spacious en-suite, a second king bedroom with an extra hidden cabin bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. The family bathroom boasts a large freestanding bath and walk-in shower. A games room, complete with a football table, a Pac-Man machine, and a second 55'' smart TV, provides an additonal space for chilling out. The private wrap-around garden has a large wood-fired hot tub and captivating uninterrupted views year-round. Guest access We have a private driveway for up to 4 vehicles, with a pay as you go EV charging point. Please note if 4 vehicles are parked, one will need to be parked on the sloped gravel driveway. There are many local footpaths nearby as well as Moel Hiraddug for a beautiful hike within 10 minutes from your doorstep. The Blue Lion pub is also within easy walking distance for a well deserved drink and some great food afterwards! Dyserth and Rhuddlan are a 10 minute drive away and have many local conveniences such as Spar, cafes & eateries, and even a brilliant little Cheesemonger. The towns of Rhyl and Prestatyn are 15 mins away and have supermarkets, shops, beaches as well as train / bus stations for links to surrounding areas. A little further afield you have all that Snowdonia has to offer within a 45 minute drive, and the A55 is easily accessible for easy links to Chester, Llandudno, Conwy and the surrounding areas. North Wales has something to offer everyone and we will happily help with recommendations prior to your visit. The house is heated via a ground-source heat pump in efforts to be as environmentally friendly as possible, as well as being stocked & turned over with eco-friendly UK manufactured products.
