Charming one story home on 2.7 acres in a beautiful, quiet peaceful, rural setting located behind the Ridge Golf Course. Conveniently positioned in Auburn. Historic Old Town Auburn is about 7.8 miles away, while you're 5 miles from Downtown Auburn. You can walk a mile to Moonraker and knee Deep breweries. The space Thank you so much for your interest in our Airbnb. It’s a wonderful spot for a romantic getaway. The master suite is tucked away at the back of the house, offering extra peace and privacy. A softly lit pathway leads you to your own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a spacious two-person bath and shower; perfect for unwinding, along with a mini fridge, microwave, TV, and Keurig for your morning coffee or evening tea. We kindly ask that there be no parties or smoking inside, so we can maintain a clean and relaxing space for all of our guests. We live at the front of the house and truly value your privacy. It’s very rare that we’ll cross paths, and if we do, it would likely just be near the front driveway. We look forward to the opportunity to host you and hope your stay will be both peaceful and memorable. Guest access Auburn State Recreation Area, 6.5 miles away, is popular for hiking, biking, horseback riding, etc. American River is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, rafting and much more. You will be able to park under a two car, tall carport. Auburn, California is a picturesque town located in Placer County, on the west side of the Sierra Nevada, geographically located Northeast of Sacramento and Southwest of Lake Tahoe. It is known for its rich history, charming downtown area, and beautiful outdoor adventure. Here are some key features and attractions of Placerville: 1. Historic Downtown: Downtown Auburn has preserved its historic charm with quaint shops, antique stores, and various restaurants. 2. Gold Rush History: Auburn played a significant role during the California Gold Rush in the mid-1800s. Visitors can experience Gold Rush-era attractions, and learn about the town's history at the Auburn County Historical 3. Wineries: Auburn is surrounded by vineyards and wineries that offer wine tastings and tours. Some popular wineries include Vina Castellano, Lone Buffalo, PaZa Estate Winery and Dono dal Cielo Vineyard. 4. Breweries: Auburn has some great breweries . Moonraker and Knee Deep breweries are a mile walk from you room. Crooked Lane Brewery is also nearby . 5. Outdoor Recreation: Auburn State Recreation Area, 6.5 miles away, is popular for hiking, biking, camping, horseback riding, etc. American River is great for paddle boarding, rafting, fishing, kayaking, boating and much more. 6. Ridge golf course: You will be right across the street behind the Ridge golf course. With its blend of history, natural beauty, outdoor recreation and culinary delights, Auburn offers a unique and enjoyable experience for visitors. Other things to note Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. I am happy to offer flexible times when possible. Just communicate with me in advance so I can try to accommodate your needs. Please note that I do have cats on the property. They will not enter the Airbnb space but may be visible outdoors. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. For your safety and mine, security cameras are located at the front door and garage areas. There are no cameras on the backside of the property near the Airbnb or the hot tub.
