The exterior will charm you before you even step inside; once you open the front door, you'll be greeted by a wonderfully bright interior, modern furnishings, and fun, lake-inspired decor that will get you in the mindset for a relaxing vacation. The fully equipped kitchen and gas grill will help you whip up anything from hamburgers to gourmet meals, so you won't have to worry about heading out to eat each night. Plus, fresh air will be easy to find and plenty of seating on the decks to enjoy as you reminisce over a cold drink after a full day of boating. When settling down for the night, one bedroom is upstairs, and two are downstairs so that everyone can enjoy some space. THINGS TO KNOW There are three private beaches. Please note: Lake water levels can be quite high during May and June; beaches may be submerged during this time. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Dock details: There is a private 12-feet by 24-feet dock for boats and swimming. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
