Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment, as well as to all the common areas of the condominium, including the pools, direct beach access, and parking. The condominium has 24 hour security and controlled access for your peace of mind. For the access registration, it will be necessary to send the names of all guests in advance. Only registered people may enter the condominium. Check-in is self check-in, allowing for a comfortable and flexible arrival. Upon arrival, the security personnel will grant you access, and you can proceed directly to the apartment. Entry is by means of a card (key), which allows access to the accommodation and also activates the electricity supply, in order to ensure responsible energy use. We have parking for one car. The condominium has 3 pool areas, a snack bar, laundry service for an additional fee, and a tour office where you can book activities and experiences in Cancun and the surrounding areas. In addition, the condominium is opposite a shopping center with restaurants, shops and services, and offers direct beach access, allowing you to enjoy the Caribbean Sea just steps away. As this is a private condominium, external visits are not allowed during the stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and with possible additional charge. In stays equal to or greater than 28 days, electricity consumption is paid separately. Other things to note The apartment includes complimentary supplies upon arrival, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and basic toiletries. Additional cleaning and white change service is available upon request and at an additional cost.
