Unwind in the garden after a busy day or opt for a movie and a real fire during the chilly months. Children also have their own space in the playroom. The space The house has two floors. On the ground floor you'll find the playroom with toys, downstairs cloakroom, kitchen with dining table and the lounge with a wood burning stove. From the kitchen, patio doors lead out to the back courtyard with a small seating area. There is also a door that leads to a utility area that is shared with the Annex. This door will be locked except for bookings of 7 days or more, where access to laundry facilities are accommodated. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (only 3 are accessible) and a family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire house and gardens, excluding the smallest bedroom upstairs which is locked and the utility, if the booking is for less than 7 nights.
