Other things to note 📋 A few simple things to know before booking We keep things simple and fair. Please read these before booking: • No parties or events • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests • Pets are allowed with approval. Fee is $30 per stay for up to 2 well-behaved dogs • No smoking or vaping indoors • Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM • Late checkout without approval is $100 per hour 💳 Damage and extra cleaning We get it. Things happen. But guests are responsible for: • Damage to the cabin or its contents • Missing items • Excessive cleaning beyond normal use 🛁 Use at your own risk The hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor areas are used at your own risk. Your rental agreement requires prompt reporting of cleaning or damage issues. 📄 Rental agreement required before arrival After booking, you’ll receive a short rental agreement to review and sign before arrival. Airbnb allows this, but hosts must disclose the actual contract terms in the listing description before booking.
