The master suite is a true oasis, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, with Jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms are equally comfortable, with two queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two twin bed, all with ample storage space, and stylish decor. Open concept living room and master kitchen. Our dining table has seating for 6, with an additional 3 dining chairs at our kitchen Island. Our surround sound system and smart TV are a delight! First story includes an open concept kitchen with high end appliances, dining room and living room overlooking the beautiful backyard with wonderful facilities for entertaining and fun. Level 2 - A queen bedroom with desk/monitor are on the 2nd level. There is a family area with a TV Projector that is connected to Roku TV and a large sofa for three providing an immersive movie-watching experience. Grab some popcorn and enjoy a cinematic adventure without leaving the comfort of your vacation rental. Back Yard The home also offers a gated back yard, with a pergola with seating for 4 and a backyard porch with seating for 4. There is an enclosed trampoline for the kids and a swing set. Once you outside into the backyard, you'll find a fantastic outdoor entertainment area. Fire up the BBQ grill and showcase your grilling skills while enjoying the Pergola or the expansive patio. Other things to note Welcome to you Katy Getaway! We are superhosts, and require a few things to ensure each guest stay is great as possible. A few things to note: 1. ID verification required prior to check in. 2. No Events or Parties Allowed (Unless approved) 3. No Loud Music - Quiet Hours - 10 PM to 8AM 4. We have one camera at the front one facing the street and two on the side of the home. 5. No pets allowed (Unless the stay is longer than 2 weeks). 6. If you are booking for a SAME DAY check-in, please message to confirm check-in time. 7. EARLY CHECK-IN IS ONLY ALLOWED IF NO GUESTS THE NIGHT PRIOR. Please ask the night before your check-in for approval. 8. Guest booking more than 45 days require an additional mid-stay clean or walk-through. Early Check-in Fee: If you are looking to check-in early, we allow a FREE early check-in up to 2PM (If it's available, and no guests book the night prior).
