Three bedrooms and one full bath are upstairs with one bedroom, one full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms all on the first floor. 2 steps are required for first floor entry, 12 stairs lead up to 2nd floor. Wide, sturdy handrail on staircase. House Rules: -Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed. -No loud music or excessive noise. -Only booked guests are allowed to be at the house at any time (unless discussed and approved in advance) -No inside fires, candles, or fireplace use -No basement or garage access -No pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in an additional cleaning fee starting at $100. Any service animals or emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to arrival. -No smoking in the house or anywhere on the property -Do not move the furniture. - Late check out may be available upon request. Failure to vacate the house at scheduled check out time without advanced approval will result in an additional $75 fee. -We rarely have snow or ice accumulation, however, it can occur. We do not provide routine snow/ice removal services, but they may be available upon request. Please use caution during inclement weather.
