Charming Waneta Lakefront FLX Region-Kayaks!

Take in the stunning views of Waneta Lake from this beautiful year-round cottage. It is a beautiful mix of old and new! It’s the perfect get away to the Finger lakes Region of NY! Centrally located near area wineries, Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, Corning, Geneva, and Penn Yan. If you are an outdoorsy person, you can golf, boat, swim, hike, kayak and fish! If you prefer, there is antiquing, world-class wineries, restaurants, galleries, breweries and more! The space The cottage is quaint and comfortable with original part dating back to 1950. This portion is a true lake cottage with original shiplap and pine flooring. The back faces the water with tons of light filled windows! The upstairs has a spacious Primary Suite with Private 1/2 bath and balcony. The secondary bedroom has queen bed on the first floor for easy access. The cottage is over 1500 Sq feet with plenty of room for you and your friends and family. We also have a huge driveway that will fit a boat trailer plus a few cars. Our cottage is located right around the corner from the public boat launch! Please also keep in mind that the cottage is on a lake in the country. There are lake things and country things like small animals and fish. It is a lake, there is seaweed. **There is a large step from original cottage into newer part of cottage. Please watch your step! Guest access You'll have access to the entire cottage! You may also use kayaks but will be at your own risk. They are located inside shed that is lakeside. You must use life vests provided. We are not liable for any injuries. Please return kayaks and vests to outdoor shed Other things to note We supply a starter of few rolls of toliet paper, a roll of paper towels, a few trash liners, sponge, dish soap, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap. **There is a large step from original cottage into newer part of cottage. We do not supply firewood for the fire pit. There are places roadside to buy bundles.
