With large windows allowing natural light to illuminate the room, you will instantly feel at home. The home has 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, each with its own bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. In the living area you will find an electric fireplace and TV for ultimate R&R after a fun filled day on the water, hitting balls on the golf course, or shopping in Hot Springs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, and a small pantry for storage. In the pantry there is a washer and dryer. Each house is approximately 75 feet apart from each other. There are 2 charcoal grills on the property that’s shared with the other 2 homes nearby. Guests are responsible for bringing charcoal, lighter, and fluid.
