If you are traveling during Hurricane season (June 1-November 30) insurance is highly recommended. A link to several options to purchase travel insurance will be sent once booking is confirmed. There are three cameras on the property, all located outside. They are for the protection of the property when not occupied and are not monitored. Dogs are welcome there is a $75/dog additional fee that will be assessed. If we discover a dog is present when not paid for you may be evicted per NC Vacation Rental Agreement signed.
