Comfy vintage cottage in beautiful small town

Welcome to our peace-filled vintage cottage in small-town America! Whether you are here for a wedding at Providence Cotton Mill or another area venue; or you've come to NC to find the perfect sofa at the famed Hickory Furniture Mart; or you are attending an event at Lenoir-Rhyne University or the Hickory Metro Convention Center—whatever brings you to the beautiful Catawba Valley, you will love settling into our Comfy Cottage to relax and unwind at the end of your day! The space The shaded back yard with firepit is very welcoming and a great place to relax in the evenings. Two queen bedrooms and 2 full baths give everyone a little privacy, along with a fullsize kitchen and comfy living room. The driveway easily accommodates 2 cars for your convenience. We accept small, non-shedding dogs (2 max) with a non-refundable $30 per pet fee. They must be crated if left alone. Please message us regarding your fur babies to get prior approval before booking. Other things to note This property is dog-friendly but only allows for non-shedding breeds up to 20 lbs. The dog must be crated if left unattended in the house and not allowed on bed linens or furniture. Please message us before booking so that we can assist. Must 21 years of age to book.
