Cooking large meals is a breeze in this open and well-equipped kitchen. Back yard is adjacent to the Red Brook MetroPark which is 145 acres and offers ADA Accessible walking trails, running/walking routes, and is a haven for fishing, hiking, snow-trekking, and more! The home is equipped with 2 high definition Smart TVs plus high speed WiFi provides plenty of streaming and downloading capabilities for your entire group. This house is approximately 9 minutes from the Geneva Strip, 7 minutes from the Harbor District, 16 minutes from Spire Institute, and there are plenty of wineries within a 20 minute drive. First floor: Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) is right off the entry foyer with a firm King size bed and attached full bathroom with jetted shower/tub combo. Main dining table will seat up to 12 plus an extra dining table for larger groups. Well appointed kitchen for cooking large meals!
