The farmhouse can be reached from the municipality of Filacciano via a white country road overlooking the Tiber river valley (for this reason we recommend that you arrive at our property by car) and is equipped with an unattended private parking lot. There is a private descent to the river, which can be used in a rather adventurous way for now. There is a private park-garden of 7,000 square meters, surrounded by a mixed forest belonging to the property.
