Located in a hamlet, this beautiful stone house of character offers beautiful spaces both inside and outside. The whole represents a pleasant and bright living environment, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The space The inside of my villa of character with swimmingpool : As soon as you walk through the front door, you will be seduced by the vast living room bathed in light. The fully equipped and very functional kitchen opens onto the dining room with its fireplace. In the extension of the dining area, you will reach the living room which invites you to share moments. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a sofa bed and a private shower room. The first floor has four comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space and storage. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 140 x 190 bed. The third bedroom, with its bunk beds and desk, is ideal for children. These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin. The outside of my villa of character with swimmingpool : You will be seduced by the beautiful enclosed garden with trees offering a beautiful space for relaxation and well-being. After a day of sightseeing, come and relax in the 11 x 4 metre swimming pool (open and heated from 1 May to 30 September) and enjoy the sunbathing area around it. A garden lounge is also installed near the pool to enjoy the summer evenings. On the north-facing terrace, a large table awaits you to share your meals with family or friends. Villa Kastelluce also has a south-facing terrace, ideal for your morning coffee. As Villa Kastelluce is a semi-detached house, we ask you to respect the neighbourhood after 11 pm. The The surroundings of my villa of character : Villa Kastelluce is situated in a small hamlet only 2 km from the shops (Saint-Méloir des ondes) and the nearest beaches are about 8 km away. The village of Cancale is about 5 km away. There are many shops, boutiques and art galleries. You can enjoy the market which is held every Sunday morning, whatever the season. During the summer months, there are many events for young and old in the village. Those who enjoy hiking can follow the GR34 which offers breathtaking views. The Pointe du Grouin, the starting point of the Route du Rhum, situated to the north of the commune of Cancale, links the two maritime façades: one looking towards the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the other towards Saint-Malo and its Emerald Coast, lined with magnificent fine sandy beaches. Numerous inland paths also allow you to discover a rich and varied flora. Other things to note What you should know about the villa Kastelluce : - The house is located 2 KM from the shops. - Concerning the household linen, it is a supplement for the stays of 4 nights and less (20€ / pers). - The swimming pool is open and heated from 1 May to 30 September. - The villa is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals - Archipel Evasion: - A deposit of 1000€ will be requested by pre-authorisation (please note that the money will not debited from your account).
