The perfect setting for families, friends, and unforgettable memories. The space When you walk in the front door you will be immediately greeted by lake views and a welcoming open concept layout. Past the foyer you will enter the pool table room with a wine cellar, bar, mini fridge with freezer, wine fridge and cocktail kit that includes all your bar drinkware. The living room hosts stunning lake views, a 55" smart tv, comfortable sectional sofa, a broad range of board games and a desk area with an included printer for your convenience. The dining room off of the living area also boasts stunning lake views, an 8 person dining table and a cabinet with all of the necessary outdoor dinner/drinkware. The kitchen next to the dining room is fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay plus more! Off of the kitchen is a laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer, a second full sized fridge/freezer and an additional entrance to the house where you can find available beach equipment. Downstairs is home to the master bedroom with ensuite, two queen bedrooms and a full sized bathroom. Upstairs has two bunkbeds with each having a twin top bunk, full sized bottom bunk and full sized trundle pull out (2 twin beds and 4 full sized beds in total). Upstairs also has an ensuite bathroom and plenty of room for kids to play or adults to gather. Drift Inn is unique in its location due it being conveniently central while also being situated on a quiet residential street. Within a minute or two you can be on i95 taking you north or south to all of the best areas in South Florida. Within 20 minutes you can be in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, Delray Beach, Boca Raton and more! We are within 15 minutes of Palm Beach Airport and under an hour from Ft Lauderdale Airport Can we bring our own boat/jet ski and use the boat lift/dock? Currently the boat lift is damaged and not available for guest use. We ask all guests to refrain from playing with or tampering with the lift in anyway. Guests are welcome to tie their watercraft to the dock but that is at their own risk and discretion. With any property on the water we must insist guests using the dock to fish, load onto a watercraft, getting on and off kayaks/paddle boards, etc do so at their own risk** The lake is NOT meant for casually swimming or jumping off the dock. Guests must be aware that being in South Florida there is a likelihood of alligators in the water and should be extremely considerate of this when being in and out of the water. What is supplied in the kitchen? The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, barware, pots, pans, baking/serving dishes and outdoor dinner/drinkware. Kids are also equipped with plates, bowls, placemats, cups with lids and straws, silverware and portioned trays. Coffee, tea and your basic pantry essentials are all provided including sugar, flour, brown sugar, olive oil, a broad range of spices, to-go hot beverage cups and more. We also supply a generous amount of cleaning products guests may need during their stay such as dishwasher pods, multi-surface cleaner, garbage and recycling bags, dish soap, sponges, lysol wipes, paper towels and more for all laundry needs. We include a griddle, waffle maker, hand mixer, toaster, tea kettle and coffee pot. There is a grill on the patio and a supplied propane tank. The laundry room is prepared with laundry pods and powder, a steamer, first aid kit, s'mores sticks and more for your convenience. Is it suitable for children? Absolutely! With a toddler son of our own we know the joys of vacationing with kids (the good and bad!). A highchair is located in the master bedroom closet with a pack and play, sound machine and monitor. Please reach out if you are interested in any other child care amenities that you may need and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. *With all guests, but especially our little people, we want to emphasize the importance of water safety and ability to swim. Parents should be vigilant to not let any children near the dock or water without adult supervision. Are there any games or other activities at the house? You bet! We have an outdoor dartboard, corn hole, jenga, large connect four, Kan Jam, fishing equipment, putting green with putters and golf balls, large canoe, kayak, two paddle boards, hot tub and life jackets. Indoor games include yahtzee, sorry, trouble, scrabble, uno, cards, dice, dominoes and more for all ages! What about the TV/Movie situation? Great news, all of our TV’s are “Smart TV’s” which allows you to access Netflix, YouTube, Hulu or whichever networks you are subscribed to! *Please note: A video camera monitors the outside of the home * Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the upstairs closet, second master closet and foyer closet which are all locked for cleaning supplies and stock.
